W for Water and L for Life

Today 22nd March is celebrated as World Water Day. Water which is the most scarce resource today, will be demolished within few years if not yet conserved. Even though there are many ways of water conservation, folks are hardly bothered about it.

It has become our nature that when incidents happen we all wake up and after a few days we slowly tend to forget it. Unless we’re aware of its side-effects seriously and make into practice, it will be a dangerous issue forever.

Scientifically it’s said that a human can go without food for about almost three weeks but without water not more than three or four days. So we can imagine how much essential is water for our lives.

The United Nations started observing world water day since 1993 on this day after passing a resolution on December 1992. The theme of world water day this year is ‘valuing water’. It’s purpose is to make realise the inestimable value of water.

Water remains one of the most precious and valuable resource for life on Earth. Not only for humans ,all the creatures and Nature itself is dependent on water. I think my generation is really fortunate to have splendid water source, unfortunately the new generation didn’t get these riches. Let’s not forget that our ancestors had saved everything for us but what many of us did?

Remember it’s our duty to take such steps to conserve water that will benefit many future victims because

‘ Every Drop Counts’

Save Water ; Save Life.

See You Soon Friends , Thank you.
