Start  your day with a smile. A smile on your face can cure a painful heart. Face your everyday challenges with a smile. Then you can feel the magic happening.

Scientifically saying, smile reduces stress. It helps our mind and body to release tensions and anxieties. It also reduces stress- induced hormones in the bloodstream which helps to avoid tiredness and keeps us healthy. Overall smile enhances positive emotions.

I remember how my grandmother ( mother’s mother) always had a smile on her face. Even though her life was full of difficulties she smiled incessantly and didn’t lose hope. She was a healthy person mentally and physically. My grandmother was a really inspirational character to all of us. She is no longer with us now, yet her simper, I think it sounds amazing.
