We may often come across situations in our life which will bubble and boil our emotions. Sudden rise in temper will breed many problems mentally, physically and socially. Man is a social being and daily we have to interact with each other for many reasons.  There’s no surety that  thoughts of humans be the same. Concepts of two persons cannot be identical always. Differences in concepts can sometimes lead to conflicts. Maintaining Self Control is a one stop solution by which things can be sorted out properly.

What is Self Control?

It is the ability of balancing one’s own emotions in a positive way.  People who have a positive mindset find it easier to manage their feelings. The world which we see  today is muddled with lots of stress and strains; people don’t have time to listen and they tend to overreact. There arises the problem. Keep fighting without any reason, getting angry with oneself and surroundings, become unable to handle things properly, all these happens because of lack of self control.

How to improvise Self control?

Can we develop self control ourselves. The answer is  Yes. Start analysing every situation positively. Positive attitude helps one to improvise self control. ‘ Life is not a bed of roses’ ; every moment we face new challenges. Take the positive side of things. There is a solution for every problem, it’s our way of examining things of which we get positive or negative results.

Self control is one of the key qualities that one should acquire especially during this current situation. Either a child or an adult we humans are always bounded with emotions or feelings. Emotional equilibrium makes way for a healthy living. Life is like a sea voyage.Often there will be waves and storms. To anchor your ship in the sea of life self control and positive attitude is inevitable.

Self control should be inculcated at the early years. If children understands its significance it is worth appreciable. There are many cases related to behavioral problems where one of the main reasons is lack of self control. Once they’re educated or made aware, they’ll surely apply this in their life. By creating consciousness about self control/ self management we can build a well disciplined generation in future.
